Material: The
ring and balls of TDBS bearings are made of refining bearing
steel GCr15(AISI 52100), the retainer are punched from
brass strip (H62) or top quality cold-rolled steel strip
(SPCC BQB402) and reinforced engineering plastics are
available if necessary. The shield is made of improved
special material or (SPCC JISG3141) stainless steel (ICr18Ni9)
strip and the bune-N rubber seal with phosphatizing steel
skeleton are hot pressed. The
stainless steel bearing's ring and balls are refining
stainless steel 9Cr18(AISI 1440C). The
chemical composition of bearing steel and stainless steel

Clearance: Bearing
internal clearance is defined as the total distance through
which one bearing ring can be moved relative to the other.
The operational clearance of a bearing has great influence
on the running condition, life, vibration level, noise
value, and thermal expansion of bearing. Following tables
give the clearance for the various bearing types in the
conditions of without preload.

the clearance, we should take into consideration of the
extra clearance arisen from the measuring load. |
Lubrication: The
bearings are divided into various types such as open bearings,
single shields or double shield(Z,ZZ) and single seal
or double seals(RS,2RS). They are filled with proper quantity
antirust lubricant or grease before shipment. All these
bearings can be used after unpacking without cleaning.
they are suitable for light to medium load, low to moderate
speed and the working temperature from –20~110
equipment. In case of any particular working condition
is involved, customer must mark lubricant quantity of
be filled and lubricant brand. Attached is the performance
and application of usual lubricants. |

Vibration & Noise:
The vibration and noise of bearings
are classified as Z,Z1,Z2,Z3,Z4. It is measured by the
instrument of S0910-1, For special requierment, it is
measured by BVT-1 and classified as V,V1,V2,V3. The data
are shown as below customer need mark the requierment
of vibration and noise class in order. |
